Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated professional to maintain customers' robotic environments and respond to tickets to keep customer processes running smoothly.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure compliance with procedures, SLAs, and security requirements while delivering continuous improvement in support quality.

Qualifications

• Experience with at least one of UiPath, Blue Prism, AI Agents.
• Experience in automation or other RPA technologies or AI-related solutions.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with big corporate environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Worked in an intercultural environment and have a good understanding that communication is more than just sending a quick message.
• Passionate about continuous improvement and how we can offer the best support.
• Confidence communicating verbally and in writing in English.

• Respond to tickets registered in the ticketing system, ensuring the smooth operation of customer processes, collaborate with other teams and departments, and participate in internal initiatives.
• Play a vital role in ensuring compliance with operational procedures, SLAs, and security requirements.

Requirements

• Have experience with at least one of the following areas: UiPath, Blue Prism, AI Agents.
• Additional experience in automation, other RPA technologies or AI-related solutions is a plus.
• Have experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with big corporate environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Worked in an intercultural environment and have a good understanding that communication is more than just sending a quick message.
• Are passionate about continuous improvement and how we can offer the best support (some of our customers have worked with us since the beginning of our operations).
• Feel confident communicating verbally and in writing in English.
