Job summary

Kingfisher plc in Kraków is seeking an Automation Specialist for a three-month probation, followed by a fixed-term contract until December 2027. The role focuses on designing and developing scalable automation solutions using UiPath, Python, and related technologies within a flexible working arrangement that includes home office options.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automations, test thoroughly, and support change requests, with English communications

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath (preferred), Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or NICE.
• Experience in modelling databases in PostgreSQL/Azure Tables is an advantage
• Experience in managing SharePoint sites is a plus
• Experience in Power BI or any other business intelligence application – nice to have
• Very good problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to details
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop expertise in automation and related technologies.
• Good communication skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design and document scalable automation solutions, including the creation of Solution Design Documents
• Develop and maintain automations using UiPath, Python, and related technologies, ensuring solutions are efficient, reusable, maintainable, and aligned with development standards.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective support to business stakeholders.
• Plan, execute, and support Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing activities.
• Assess, develop, and implement change requests in accordance with established governance and change management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automations that drive operational efficiency and business value
