Job summary

Fujitsu Lodz is seeking a Transformation Team Business Analyst to design, build, test, and implement digital and automation solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

You will analyse business processes, engage with stakeholders, and document requirements, while contributing to change-management and data-driven decision making across international teams. Prior hands-on experience with Power Platform and SAP is valued.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, transformation, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience building or configuring digital solutions, not merely documenting requirements.
• Experience using Power Apps, Power Automate, VBA, and Python.
• Strong understanding of process automation concepts and technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to evaluate complex business challenges.
• Ability to assess both business and technical feasibility of proposed solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for standardisation, simplification, automation, and performance improvement.
• Document current processes and help design future processes and operating models.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear business and solution requirements.
• Assess feasibility, dependencies, risks, and expected business value, and recommend suitable delivery approaches.
• Design, build, configure, test, and implement digital and automation solutions using approved technologies.
• Prepare technical and user documentation, and support handover, adoption, and post-implementation stabilisation.
• Create executive summaries, reports, dashboards, and presentations to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to change-management and user-adoption activities throughout implementation.
