Job summary

ISS Tech Team in Warsaw is seeking an Automation Developer to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that streamline business processes and boost operational efficiency. You will work with Power Platform and UiPath to deliver scalable automations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, create documentation, and provide ongoing support and performance optimization, ensuring reliable and maintainable systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on UiPath development experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
• Understanding of software development principles, testing, and deployment practices.
• Experience with scripting or programming languages such as TypeScript, Python, VBA, or HTML/CSS is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) and UiPath technologies.
• Maintain, enhance, and support existing automation solutions and business applications.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for developed solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for deployed automations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyse, and implement automation opportunities.
