Job summary

Aptiv Kraków is seeking an experienced UiPath Automation Engineer to own end-to-end automation delivery, from business discussions through deployment and production support. You will work closely with process owners to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions.

Qualifications

3–4 years hands-on UiPath automation design and maintenance.
End-to-end automation delivery with business engagement.
Finance domain knowledge: PTP, OTC, RTR.
Experience with SAP, ERP, ServiceNow, Microsoft tools, email, websites.
Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator and platform components.
Ability to translate business needs into stable tech solutions.
Experience troubleshooting production incidents.
Strong communication with stakeholders.
English proficiency for international environment.

Responsibilities

Own automation delivery end to end: from business discussions and process analysis, through requirements agreement, solution design, development and testing, to deployment and ongoing production support.
Develop new UiPath automations in line with coding, quality, security and maintainability standards.
Work directly with process owners and business users to identify automation opportunities and clarify requirements.
Prepare process and technical documentation, including requirements, solution design, operating instructions and support documentation.
Plan and execute testing, coordinate UAT with the business and resolve defects before deployment.
Deploy automations to production and monitor their stability and performance.
Maintain production automations by investigating incidents, fixing defects, implementing changes and improving performance.
Collaborate with application teams, IT, architects and other stakeholders to resolve technical dependencies and production issues.
Ensure effective handover to operations and share knowledge with users and team members.
Follow and promote best practices for automation development, testing, deployment and maintenance.
