Job summary

ISS A/S in Warsaw is seeking an Automation Developer to design, develop, test and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath, aiming to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.

Collaborate with Automation Business Analysts, SMEs, project managers, and developers to deliver scalable automation, document solutions, and ensure performance and reliability. The role requires hands-on UiPath development with strong problem-solving and English at B2 level.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with UiPath development (required).
• Proven experience developing applications and automations using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
• Understanding of software development principles, testing, and deployment practices.
• Experience with scripting/programming languages such as TypeScript, Python, VBA, or HTML/CSS is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Main purpose of the position

The Automation Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions that streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and reduce manual effort. The role acts as a technical specialist in identifying automation opportunities, delivering scalable solutions using Power Platform and UiPath technologies, and ensuring the reliability, maintainability, and performance of automated processes and applications.

What you'll do:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) and UiPath technologies.
• Maintain, enhance, and support existing automation solutions and business applications.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for developed solutions.

Who you'll work with:

• You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Automation Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), project managers, and fellow developers, to design and deliver automation solutions that create measurable business value.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath development (required).
• Proven experience in developing applications and automations using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
• Understanding of software development principles, testing, and deployment practices.
• Experience with scripting or programming languages such as TypeScript, Python, VBA, or HTML/CSS is an advantage.
