Job summary

Capgemini Polska is seeking an Automation Developer to design, implement, and test automated processes and machinery, contributing to precise task execution within a SCRUM team.

You will work in a hybrid model in Poland, using Python, Ansible, Shell, PowerShell, and DevOps tools, collaborating with a cross‑functional team to deliver high-quality software and maintain systems on Linux and Windows.

Qualifications

• French language proficiency (verbal and written).
• Experience in a similar position.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools (Git, GitLab CI, Ansible, AAP, Nexus, Artifactory).
• Proficiency in programming languages: Python, Ansible, Shell, PowerShell, GitLab CI (Python components).
• Strong skills in Linux and Windows systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery of the User Stories assigned: development, unit testing, code submission for validation, and documentation/demos.
• Actively participates in SCRUM ceremonies: daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, sprint planning.
• Helping a colleague at the end of a sprint, debugging workshops, and leading technical discussions for the team.
• Participating in refinement/sizing with Scrum Master and Product Owner to define User Stories for upcoming sprints.
• Participating in support and maintenance of the team's developments for the client.
• Dedication to a project/application as an Integrated Ops (SysOps).

Your role

We are seeking a talented Automation Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop, and testautomated processes and machinery to complete precise tasks.

Your tasks

• Responsible for the delivery of the User Stories assigned to him: development, unit testing, submittingthe code for validation, considering feedback from the Tech Lead, documentation, and demos.
• Actively participates in SCRUM ceremonies: dailystand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and sprint planning.
• Helping a colleague at the end of a sprint, participating in debugging workshops for complexissues, and leading technical discussions for the team.
• Participating in refinement/sizing with the Scrum Master and the Product Owner to define and evaluateUser Stories for upcoming sprints.

Your profile

• French language: very good verbal and written
• Experience in similar position
• Experience in Agile/Scrum
• Good knowledge of DevOps Tools (Git, GitLab CI, Ansible, AAP, Nexus Repository, Artifactory)
• Proficiency in programming languages: Python, Ansible (playbooks and roles), Shell, PowerShell,GitLab CI pipeline (especially components in Python)
• Strong skills required in Linux and Windows systems
