Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. seeks an AutoCAD Administrator to support design teams in Kraków within our Global Design Center. You will manage AutoCAD environments, enforce CAD standards, and implement automations to improve efficiency across projects.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of AutoCAD administration experience, strong English, and familiarity with BIM tools like Revit and Civil 3D. Hybrid office option available in Kraków/Warsaw with extensive collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or related technical discipline.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• 3–5 years of relevant AutoCAD administration/ CAD management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD configuration, customization and standards management.
• Strong understanding of CAD workflows, drawing production, and QA processes.
• Experience with CAD deployment, licensing and user support.
• Knowledge of AutoLISP, VBA, .NET, Python or other CAD automation tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Autodesk ecosystem apps (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Vault).
• Experience with BIM workflows or digital delivery environments is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; team player and independent worker.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering and design teams in AutoCAD and CAD applications.
• Manage installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of AutoCAD environments.
• Develop and enforce CAD standards, templates, libraries, and best practices.
• Provide technical CAD support and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform CAD drawings quality checks and standards compliance.
• Support CAD data management, file structures and document control.
• Develop CAD customizations, automations, and workflows.
• Support integrations between CAD platforms and other engineering systems.
• Deliver user training and prepare technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, project teams, IT, and external stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, quality and consistency.
