Job summary

Flix is seeking an Authorization & Bus Station Manager to secure authorizations and licenses for planned routes, coordinate with regulatory bodies, and manage station partnerships across Poland and the Baltic markets.

You will lead a team, set priorities, coach staff, and work with Network Planning, Business Development, and global Authorization teams to design and deliver a compliant, high-quality route network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in transport, authorizations, or a comparable role, including people management.
• Fluent in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee legal requirements and obtain authorizations and line concessions for planned routes.
• Lead, manage, and develop the team: set priorities and goals, delegate tasks, provide regular feedback and coaching, and foster knowledge-sharing and professional growth.
• Build and maintain proactive communication with regulatory bodies to ensure licenses for regular transport are secured and up to date.
• Optimize stop and station infrastructure to support reliable, high-quality operations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with bus station operators and infrastructure partners across Poland & Baltic markets.
• Coordinate with infrastructure managers on settlements, schedule changes, and administrative updates.
• Partner with Network Planning, Business Development, and global Authorization teams to design and deliver a high-quality route network.
• Provide tactical support to the Business Development Manager and contribute to ongoing strategic projects.

About the Role

• Optimize stop and station infrastructure to support reliable, high-quality operations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bus station operators and infrastructure partners across the Polish & Baltics region markets
• Coordinate with infrastructure managers on settlements, schedule changes, and administrative updates
• Partner closely with Network Planning, Business Development, and global Authorization teams to design and deliver a high-quality route network
• Provide tactical support to the Business Development Manager and contribute to ongoing strategic projects

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Law, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in transport, authorizations, or a comparable role, including experience in people management or team leadership (formal or as a team lead)
• Strong knowledge of transportation legislation and passenger transport processes, with experience handling official correspondence, permits, and related documentation
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in Polish and English
