Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC in Kraków, Poland, is seeking a Project Controls Associate to oversee SAP tasks for the Global Westinghouse organization in a hybrid setup, with two days per week in the office.

You will maintain SAP PS data, process ServiceNow tasks, and ensure data quality while partnering with Project Managers and other stakeholders to deliver on SLAs and improve reporting.

Qualifications

• B.A., B.S. in Business or Finance.
• +1 year of global experience.
• Basic knowledge of Westinghouse and the energy industry.
• Experience building working relationships across teams and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Desirable SAP PS, MS Office and other software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data in SAP PS and other bases of experience.
• Complete ServiceNow tasks from Project Managers per SLAs.
• Review data quality to meet company standards.
• Participate in data cleanup projects for reporting.
• Identify data issues and lead data governance.
• Collaborate with team on ad hoc projects.
• Communicate with Project Managers and partners via email/video.

As the Project Controls Associate you will oversee the ongoing delivery of SAP tasks for the Global Westinghouse organization. You will focus on the responsibility to deliver standard data structures across the Global organization with strict adherence to established service level agreements. You will report to Project Controls Team Leader. This is a hybrid role. The team is working 2 days per week at the office.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain data in SAP PS system and other basing of experience
• Complete ServiceNow generated tasks from Project Managers and other partners following established team's Service level agreements and Indicators
• Review data entered to ensure data quality meets company standards.
• Participate in data clean up projects to improve data quality and reporting
• Identify data issues and lead data governance
• Partner with the team on ad hoc projects as requested by team leaders.
• Communicate with Project Managers, Project Controllers, other partners by email and video calls.
• May work independently with general guidance

Qualifications:

• +1 year of global experience
• Basic knowledge of Westinghouse and the industry
• Experience in building effective working relationships across teams and partners.
• Experience organizing, prioritizing, and managing several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Dedicated to delivering high-quality, accurate work while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs, priorities, and organizational objectives.
• Desired but not essential Basic knowledge of SAP PS, MS Office, and other software packages.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 7,333 to 9,133 PLN gross per month. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
