Job summary

Wolters Kluwer N.V. in Warsaw is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support the delivery of projects by handling operational and administrative tasks under the supervision of Project Managers, gradually taking on small projects.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, reporting, preparing materials, organizing meetings, applying project processes, and collaborating with teams and suppliers; English at least B1 is required.

Qualifications

  • Higher education degree or currently pursuing a master’s degree.
  • Basic knowledge of project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools: JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
  • Understanding of basic technology concepts, e.g. app components and envs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Openness to collaboration in project teams.
  • Willingness to learn and develop qualifications.
  • Willingness to take on challenges.
  • Ability to plan and organize work.
  • Teamwork and responsibility for assigned tasks.
  • Initiative, creativity, and engagement.
  • English language skills — minimum B1 level.

Purpose of the Position

Requirements
