Job summary

Nordea is hiring an Associate KYC Analyst to perform Enhanced Due Diligence on high-risk customers, analyze activity, and maintain detailed customer profiles. The role requires strong analytical skills, fluency in English and Danish, and a Bachelor’s degree.

You will join the KYC Services Individuals DK team in a hybrid setting in Poland (Łódź/Warsaw/Tricity). Ideal candidates will have knowledge of KYC processes and regulatory standards, plus the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and

What You’ll Be Doing

Main responsibilities in this role:

• Perform Enhanced Due Diligence /Ongoing Enhanced Due Diligence reviews on individual high-risk customers
• Collect, investigate and analyse customer’s activity, behaviour and patterns
• Create and update customer profiles in accordance with KYC requirements
• Analyse and document relevant KYC information in line with guidelines to support risk-based decision-making and comply with regulatory requirements
• Contribute to deliver high quality of services within KYC unit
• Direct and indirect contact with customers and bank advisors
