Nordea in Poland is seeking an Associate KYC Analyst located in Tricity, Lodz, or Warsaw. You will perform Enhanced Due Diligence on high-risk customers, collect and analyze activity, and create accurate customer profiles while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Fluency in English and Danish is required. The role offers a hybrid working model and opportunities to grow within a major Nordic bank.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in KYC or financial crime field preferred.
• ICA/ACAMS certifications welcomed.
• Proficient in English and Danish (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Perform enhanced due diligence reviews on high-risk customers.
• Collect, investigate and analyze customers’ activity and patterns.
• Create and update customer profiles per KYC requirements.
• Document relevant KYC information to support risk-based decisions.
• Contribute to delivering high-quality services within KYC.
• Interact with customers and bank advisors as needed.
