Job summary

Precisely is seeking an Associate Experience Engineer to own the full arc of product experience from concept to shipped interfaces. You will actively use AI tools to generate code, test ideas, and explore design concepts while collaborating with product managers and backend engineers on the EngageOne team.

You will contribute to discovery, implementation, and validation, ensuring the experience meets user needs and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, design, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of professional experience spanning frontend, UX, and/or quality assurance.
• Experience building production-ready interfaces using modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar).
• Proficiency with agentic coding tools and AI-assisted development in a professional setting.
• Experience writing and maintaining automated tests and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of UX principles and ability to contribute to interaction decisions and patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-ready product experiences that are accessible, performant, and maintainable.
• Own quality end-to-end: write tests, validate features, and treat test suites as production assets.
• Participate in UX discovery, user flow definition, and interaction design.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, scaffold components, write tests, and debug efficiently.
• Collaborate in code reviews and maintain frontend architecture standards.
• Debug test and pipeline failures and apply sound risk-based judgment.
• Translate user feedback into refined interactions and improvements.
• Share work early and support teammates across the team.
