Job summary

As the scientific expert in mass spectrometry, you will guide method development, validation, and sample testing, while ensuring compliance and data integrity across GI, neuroscience, oncology and immunogenicity studies. Fluency in English is required; Polish preferred.

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant scientific discipline with 10+ years in industry.
• Deep expertise in bioanalytical chemistry, immunology, and drug development.
• Experience with biomarker technologies and regulatory expectations.
• Experience overseeing laboratories, vendors, and quality processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English; Polish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead bioanalytical and biomarker strategy across global programs.
• Oversee bioanalytical method development, validation, and testing.
• Provide scientific oversight of vendors and quality controls.
• Review PK, immunogenicity, and biomarker data for reports.
• Support regulatory submissions and inspections.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to meet timelines.
• Represent Translational Biomarkers in global forums.
