Job summary

Takeda in Lodz, Poland, seeks an Associate Director, Mass Spectrometry, Translational Biomarkers and Bioanalytics to lead global bioanalytical strategy and biomarker programs. You will shape scientific direction, ensure compliant data delivery, and supervise vendors for PK, immunogenicity, and biomarker analyses across multiple diseases.

The role requires advanced degrees with extensive industry experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and collaboration across functional teams in a hybrid work

Qualifications

PhD/MSc/BSc with extensive industry experience in bioanalytical science and biomarker work.
Deep expertise in bioanalytical chemistry, immunology, and related drug development methods.
Experience translating regulatory expectations into fit-for-purpose plans.

Responsibilities

Lead bioanalytical and biomarker strategy across global clinical programs.
Oversee method development, validation, and lifecycle management with vendors.
Support regulatory submissions, data integrity, and inspection readiness.
Collaborate across Translational Biomarkers, Clinical Sciences, QA, and Regulatory.
Represent Biomarkers on cross-functional teams and guide study start-up activities.
