Job summary

Revvity is seeking an Assistant Controller to support financial operations, reporting, and analysis for our Groningen manufacturing entity. The role offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure accurate financial reporting, and contribute to our mission of advancing human health through life sciences and diagnostics.

You will lead monthly close, variance analysis, and compliance with VAT and audit requirements, while contributing to budgeting, cost center

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required or equivalent.
• Progress toward or holding CPA preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive finance/accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including statutory sales analysis.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee general ledger activities, including account reconciliations and inventory file analysis.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end closing activities, including expense allocations and cost center reporting.
• Support VAT, intrastat, and audit documentation, ensuring compliance with local requirements.
• Aid in annual budgeting, capital expenditure review, and profitability assessments.
• Maintain documentation and support internal and external audit activities to ensure compliance.
