Job summary

UBS Asset Management in Kraków is offering an internship in the Client Reporting team, supporting day-to-day reporting activities and developing practical skills in client reporting and data analysis.

You will work with data from multiple sources, learn reporting processes end-to-end, and collaborate with colleagues across Investments, Client Coverage, Products and Technology to deliver high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in working with data.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Financial background would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of client reports, delivering accurate and insightful information to international clients.
• Work with data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy of outputs.
• Learn how reporting processes work end to end and contribute to meeting tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high quality outputs and respond to client and internal requests.
• Help identify inconsistencies in data and support investigation and resolution.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, tools and reporting quality.
• Gain hands on experience through real business tasks and projects, building practical knowledge of reporting in Asset Management.
