ALTEN Polska is seeking an AI Agent Engineer to join a client team in the banking sector. This fully remote role is based in Poland and offers long-term collaboration across ALTEN Polska branches with Medicover benefits and career development opportunities.

You will design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI agent functionality, ensure governance and security alignment, and contribute to CI/CD, monitoring, and observability within an Agile squad.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience designing and working with on-premise Kafka environments.
• Practical expertise with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions in production.
• Knowledge of agentic frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Understanding of DevOps/MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Experience with MLflow, Seldon, KFServing (or similar model serving platforms).
• Monitoring and AI observability experience, ideally with Arize.
• Good English, at least B2/B2+.

WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE?

We're looking for a AI Agent Engineer to join our client's team (banking industry)!

• Design, develop, test, and deploy production-ready AI agent functionality

Requirements:
