Job summary

Infosys Poland sp. z. o. o. Lodz is seeking an AR professional to support client billing and cash collection processes in a multilingual, client-facing environment.

You will work with Italian and English communications, ensure timely cash application, refunds, and reporting, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and enjoy a hybrid work arrangement with two office days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Spanish (C1/C2) and English (C1) essential for client communication.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with clients in AR domain.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office package.
• Highly developed self-organization and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Telephone contact in Italian (responding to calls, emails, and queries from clients).
• Perform cash collection activities – chasing customers, managing open items.
• Perform Cash Application, Order Release and Credit Limit review activities.
• Managing Customer Refunds.
• Support AR team with payment methods maintenance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly regular financial reports.
• Ongoing email communication in Italian and English.
• Collaborate with other teams and internal customers.
