Job summary

Maplecroft is seeking an AR Accountant to play a key role in managing customer accounts, applying payments accurately, and supporting the Order-to-Cash process. This position ensures timely cash application and helps reduce outstanding receivables while supporting month-end close and delivering a high level of service.

You will collaborate with Billing, Collections, Customer Success, Sales, Treasury, Accounts Payable, and Finance teams to resolve payment discrepancies and improve AR processes,

Qualifications

• Experience as AR accountant or in accounts receivable.
• Knowledge of cash application and OTC cycle.
• Experience with month-end close and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and apply payments accurately.
• Collaborate with Billing, Collections, Customer Success, Sales, Treasury and Finance to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Support collections and AR process improvements.
• Contribute to process transformation and system enhancements.
