Job summary

Ignite Insurance Systems is seeking an AR Accountant to manage customer accounts and ensure precise cash application in Kraków. The role supports the Order-to-Cash process and contributes to timely month-end close, delivering high service levels to internal and external customers.

You will collaborate with Billing, Collections, Customer Success, Sales, Treasury, Accounts Payable and Finance teams to resolve payment discrepancies and drive AR process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable or cash application desired.
• Familiarity with Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and resolve payment discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and apply payments accurately.
• Support the OTC process and month-end close.
• Collaborate with Billing, Collections, Customer Success, Sales, Treasury, Accounts Payable and Finance to resolve discrepancies and improve AR processes.
• Contribute to process transformation, system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
