Job summary

Amplifon Poland is seeking an Applications & Business Intelligence Lead to join our Łódź team. You will drive the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications and BI solutions to enable digital transformation and optimized processes.

In this role, you will partner with stakeholders worldwide, lead BI and data analytics initiatives, and ensure system integrations meet regulatory and policy standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Applications, BI, or Data & Analytics.
• Experience delivering IT projects and partnering with business stakeholders in an international environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of business applications supporting operations and retail network.
• Partner with business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation.

Job Description

At Amplifon Poland, we're currently looking for an Applications & Business Intelligence Lead to join our team in Łódź.

In this role, you'll be responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications and Business Intelligence solutions, playing a key role in driving digital transformation, optimizing business processes, and implementing global IT standards and solutions.

Your Responsibilities

Your Profile

• Strong knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis.
• Experience managing and enhancing business applications and CRM/ERP systems, preferably Oracle CRM & ERP.
• Good understanding of business processes, system integrations, and IT service management principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• International retail and healthcare environment.
• Collaboration with local and global IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Development and support of back-office and front-office applications supporting Amplifon's network of clinics.
• Business Intelligence, reporting, and data analytics.
