Job summary

Align Technology is seeking a seasoned BI professional in Poland (EMEA-Poland) to lead analytics initiatives across Customer Success, Operations, and Data Control. You will own end-to-end analytics projects, develop KPI frameworks, and partner with leadership to drive data-driven decisions and performance improvements.

You’ll mentor junior analysts, advance data governance, and contribute to strategic planning with forecasting and scenario analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful analytics solutions in a complex, cross-functional business environment.
• Experience leading analytics initiatives and mentoring junior team members.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and data mining skills; experience with Python or R is a plus.
• Deep understanding of business processes and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on ROI and commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety policies, practices, and procedures.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and business performance.

What We're Looking For

Additional Information

This range includes an estimated base salary, covering various levels of experience for the role.

Additionally, the position is eligible for an annual bonus of up to 10 % of the annual base salary.

The final offer is determined based on the scope of the role, level of responsibility, experience, education, completed training, and key competencies of the candidate.
