Join our Transport and Mobility Settlement and Specialist Services Business Unit as a 3rd Level Technical Support Analyst, where you'll work as part of a dynamic team of on-shore and off-shore professionals supporting critical systems for the UK Rail Industry. The role requires strong Microsoft C# expertise and offers the opportunity to utilise your advanced problem-solving and development skills.
This role is a remote working role (Mainland UK based) although there is an expectation that the candidate will attend the monthly team collaboration day in North West England and also be available for occasional visits to customer sites or Magellan sites as required. Please note that in the initial post-joining period there will be a requirement to regularly travel to meet colleagues at another Magellan site to transition knowledge for a service for which you will then become the technical lead. It is anticipated that this transition will take between 3 and 6 months to complete.
The role will also require you to participate in out of hours on-call support as part of a rota and occasional out of hours maintenance work (all delivered remotely).

Deploy applications to production servers, cloud platforms, or containerized environments.
Monitor and troubleshoot application performance issues in production environments.
