Job summary

Optiveum is seeking an experienced Application Manager/SME to own the lifecycle, stability and continuous improvement of a business-critical data and reporting solution supporting the DORA Register of Information. The role focuses on ensuring reliable performance of procurement-related systems, coordinating stakeholders and vendors, and driving automation within a hybrid work model in Poland.

Experience with application lifecycle management and continuous improvement.
Strong incident, problem and change management capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Advanced English communication across organisations and levels.
Background in procurement IT environments and data reporting.

Responsibilities

Own the lifecycle, stability and continuous improvement of a data and reporting solution.
Ensure reliable performance of procurement-related systems.
Optimize systems, data flows and processes, increasing automation.
Coordinate stakeholders and vendors across the organisation.
Support incident, problem and change management activities.
Ensure compliance, documentation and reporting reliability.
Contribute to scalable future-state solution designs.
Lead or contribute to multiple application-related projects.
