Qualifications

• BSc degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in an Application/Integration/Solution Architect role.
• Strong experience in application architecture, systems integration, and enterprise architecture.
• Expert knowledge of API architecture, integration platforms, middleware, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with TOGAF, Zachman, or Azure Well-Architected Framework.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise application and integration architecture standards.
• Design and communicate enterprise-wide application, integration, and data architectures.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable architecture solutions.
• Design and evaluate integration platforms, APIs, services, and middleware solutions.

About the role...

We are currently seeking an Application and Integration Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment on a multitude of tasks supporting our business in implementing and developing solutions for large EU and international institutions and private sector companies in Greece and abroad.

What you will do...

• Define and maintain enterprise application and integration architecture standards.

Technical Skills required...

• BSc's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or another relevant field.
• 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in an Application, Integration, or Solution Architect role.
• Strong experience in application architecture, systems integration, and enterprise architecture.
• Expert knowledge of API architecture, integration platforms, middleware, and distributed systems.
• Experience with TIBCO, Microsoft integration technologies, SOA, databases, and application servers.
• Strong understanding of microservices, cloud integration, serverless and containerization technologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
• Experience with UML and architecture modelling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect or ARIS.
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or Azure Well-Architected Framework.
• Strong understanding of hybrid systems and application integration.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.

At least 2 internationally recognized certifications from the following:

• TIBCO Certified Associate
• Certified SOA Architect
• Or equivalent internationally recognized certifications.
