Job summary

DCG is seeking an Application Administrator – Data & Reporting Solutions to manage business-critical applications, ensure stability, and improve data flows across reporting processes.

You will work with Snowflake, Power BI and BI solutions, support incident management, and coordinate cross-functional projects while communicating in English with stakeholders at various levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in application management, administration, IT systems support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of incident, problem and change management processes.
• Experience with Snowflake, Power BI, data quality and reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in systems administration, preferably as a Business Systems Analyst, IT Analyst or similar role within procurement.
• Good understanding of IT risk, security and compliance requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, vendor management and collaboration skills.
• Experience in project management or coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to manage and contribute to multiple application-related projects simultaneously.
• Excellent English communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of business-critical applications, ensuring their stability, availability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and optimise application performance, data flows and reporting processes.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation, process optimisation and improved data quality.
• Coordinate incidents, problems and changes, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of application and data-related issues.
