Job summary

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is seeking a Data Analyst to support a strategic DORA programme.

You will partner with the Programme Management Office, report to the Programme Manager, and supply data-driven insights to the Sponsor. The role includes transforming raw data into SQL-based models and building executive dashboards in Power BI. The ideal candidate has BI and data management experience, strong SQL/Excel skills, data quality focus, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data analysis and data management.
• Solid foundation in Business Intelligence.
• Experience with SQL and Excel, including data transformations and aggregations.
• Experience creating and managing structured data models and databases.
• Understanding of relational databases and ETL concepts.
• Experience with Power BI, including data modelling and dashboards.
• Attention to data quality and detail.
• Ability to work independently and communicate risks clearly.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Nice to have: 4+ years of data analysis/BI experience, BI dashboards, translating requirements into insights.

Data Analyst (DORA Programme)

Responsibilities:

• Provide data analysis support for a strategic DORA programme
• Partner with the DORA Programme Management Office, reporting directly to the Programme Manager
• Support the Program Sponsor with data-related insights and reporting
• Transform raw data (e.g. Excel spreadsheets) into structured data models (e.g. SQL databases)
• Design, deliver, and maintain executive reporting dashboards (e.g. Power BI)
• Ensure high quality and accuracy of data used for KPI reporting
• Prepare and maintain solution documentation
• Support various ad‑hoc data analysis and reporting tasks as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data analysis and data management

• Experience working with SQL and Excel, including data transformations and aggregations
