Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Data Analyst to support the DORA programme with data analysis and reporting capabilities. You will collaborate with the Programme Management Office and report to the Programme Manager, delivering insights that drive decision-making.

You will transform raw data into structured models, create Power BI dashboards, ensure data quality for KPI reporting, and support ad-hoc analyses. Fluent English is required; 4+ years preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data analysis and data management.
• Solid foundation in Business Intelligence.
• Experience with SQL and Excel, including data transformations and aggregations.
• Experience creating and managing structured data models and databases.
• Understanding of relational databases and ETL concepts.
• Experience with Power BI, including: data modelling, dashboard development and applying visualization best practices.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Requirements:

• Experience with Power BI, including: data modelling, dashboard development and applying visualization best practices
• Strong attention to data quality and detail
• Ability to work independently and communicate risks or blockers clearly
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
