Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support, developer support, or related role.
• Experience developing or integrating applications using APIs.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Solid understanding of REST API fundamentals (HTTP methods, JSON, pagination, query parameters).
• Ability to write and debug scripts in JavaScript or Python to interact with APIs.
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills for API issues.
• Experience cross‑functional with engineering, product, and support teams.
• Comfortable in fast‑paced, agile environments and consultative with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, including API debugging and issue resolution.
• Triage and escalate API bugs to R&D teams.
• Support developers via email, forums, and live chat for platform integration.
• Monitor internal channels for urgent API requests.
• Collaborate with R&D to influence API improvements based on feedback.
• Assist with API releases by communicating changelog updates and deprecation notices.
• Review third‑party app integrations for security and compliance.
• Update developer docs with usage guidance and best practices.
• Act as liaison between API teams and Customer Support for releases and changes.
• Provide customer communication during incidents involving API, webhooks, or event streams.
