Job summary

Capital.com is hiring a UA Manager (PPC) to own paid acquisition performance across Asia and Australia markets. You'll join a team of regional specialists with day-to-day accountability for campaign performance, budget efficiency, and growth against regional revenue and ROAS targets. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on PPC management in fintech or regulated financial services.
• Direct, deep Google Ads experience (Search, PMax, UAC) is required.
• Paid social experience is a bonus but not required.
• Experience with iOS attribution constraints (ATT/SKAD) and regulatory considerations.
• Ability to operate across multiple markets and currencies.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Asia-region language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to learn the company's compliance doctrine.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Asia and Australia markets.
• Extend into paid social to support regional media mix where possible.
• Manage budget pacing and reallocation across markets and channels.
• Deliver against regional KPI targets: ROAS and CPA per first-time deposit.
• Run structured A/B tests on creative and bidding; report results with evidence.
• Monitor iOS attribution limitations and regulatory constraints when planning campaigns.
• Localise campaign strategy to market nuance and regulatory regime.
• Liaise with Google and other platform account teams on features, budgets, and escalations.
• Maintain weekly reporting on spend, revenue, ROAS, and CPA for regions.
