Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in project logistics, chartering, vessel procurement, breakbulk, heavy-lift or related sectors.
• Strong network with vessel owners, shipbrokers, carriers and specialized providers.
• Proven experience negotiating freight, chartering, transport or logistics contracts.
• Solid understanding of project cargo, heavy-lift and marine transportation.
• Experience supporting customer tenders, project pricing and commercial solution development.
• Strong supplier and stakeholder management in a regional environment.
• Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization and across functions.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills and negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead chartering and procurement activities for project logistics opportunities across Asia Pacific.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vessel owners, shipbrokers, carriers, and providers.
• Manage supplier selection, onboarding, performance and compliance.
• Maintain a robust supplier network to support project logistics.
• Lead commercial negotiations on freight rates, charter agreements and service contracts.
• Partner with Business Development, Product, Solution Design and Operations to craft competitive logistics solutions.
• Support tenders and project opportunities with market intelligence and procurement expertise.
• Identify cost optimization and value creation across suppliers, routes and transport.
