Job summary

Wella Company in Poland is seeking an Analyst to join the PtP team within our EMEA Shared Service Center. You will process Accounts Payable tasks in a 12-person team, ensuring accurate, timely invoice posting and effective query resolution across the organization.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, policy adherence, and collaboration with internal teams. We offer a hybrid work model, EU remote days, and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of Accounts Payable experience.
• Good accounting knowledge or AP process knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

About The Role

We’re looking for an Analyst being part of PtP team based in our EMEA SSC. You would work within a team of :12 people to provide the complete, accurate and timely processing of PtP Invoice Processing tasks, Join the team that is making a tangible difference for the future of Wella, participate in one of the biggest transformations in the industry, driving and leveraging our culture of pride and performance.

What You Will Do

• Ensure efficiency & high quality of AP processes
• Accelerate value & make an impact by doing day-to-day Accounts Payable operations
• Invoice posting in accordance with the accounting rules and tax regulations
• Replying to internal and external queries incl.
• AP reconciliation and reporting
• Check transactions are booked according to accounting policy
• Drive independent simplification / continuous improvement initiatives and issue resolutions
• Create and update process related documentation (SOP)
• Cooperate with other AP team members
• Perform daily tasks and interact with people at all levels within and outside the organization
• Collaborate with internal teams for solving raised issues and ensure the right satisfaction level
• Ensure existing policies and procedures are followed
• Ensure legal requirements respect and service quality
• Ensure the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) meet the requirements
• Support JR Analysts in daily operations
• Report process gaps when discovered
• Involve in new joiners onboarding (conducing sessions)

What We Want You To Bring Along

• A minimum 6 months of relevant experience in the Account Payable area.
• Good accounting knowledge or Account Payable process knowledge.
• A Bachelor´s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken required.
• Good attention to detail.
• Mature attitude towards challenges and problem solving.
• Ability to work across cultures with all levels of the organization as well as with different functions.
• MS Office and SAP.
