Luxoft ищет опытного инженера Android для разработки и настройки AOSP на аппаратуре для бизнес-конференций. Ваша работа будет включать настройку системных сервисов, интеграцию подсистем Android и оптимизацию производительности на уровне платформы.

Требуется 5+ лет опыта в Android/AOSP, глубокие знания JNI и IPC, владение Java/C++, а также умение работать с инструментами профилирования. Преимущество — опыт сертификации конфигураций для видеоконференц-устройств.

Qualifications

• Опыт не менее 5 лет в Android-разработке, AOSP настройках и уровнем платформы.
• Продвинутый уровень владения Java и C/C++, сильный опыт JNI.
• Глубокие знания внутренностей Android, жизненного цикла платформы, IPC: Binder, AIDL, системные сервисы, HAL-интерфейсы.
• Умение анализировать и профилировать проблемы с использованием Perfetto, Systrace, Logcat, Tombstones, ANR traces и дампов кэша.
• Опыт работы в среде сборки AOSP (Soong, Blueprint, Makefiles) и знание концепций ОС, конкурентности и управления памятью.
• Опыт написания модульных и интеграционных тестов, а также тестовых сред.
• Уровень английского не ниже B2.
• Будет плюсом: Custom Chromium WebView в AOSP, веб-оптимизация, JavaScript Bridges/Interfaces, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, WebRTC, Android HAL development (AIDL/HIDL), и опыт сертификации Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms или Google Meet appliances.

Responsibilities

• Customize, extend, and maintain AOSP system services, platform middleware, and framework APIs for enterprise collaboration appliances
• Integrate Android subsystems, including Camera, Display, Audio, and HALs, to ensure seamless hardware and OS communication
• Analyze and optimize boot time, power distribution, thermal constraints, memory footprint, CPU/GPU utilization, and application responsiveness
• Enable and stabilize integration with enterprise conferencing hardware and peripherals, including multi-mic arrays, PTZ cameras, DSPs, touch controllers, and USB/HDMI capture devices
• Diagnose and resolve complex, intermittent system failures across applications, native middleware, and framework daemons using advanced tracing tools
• Partner with conferencing ecosystem partners to integrate, certify, and optimize runtime performance on the hardware
• Drive test-driven development, code reviews, automated validation frameworks, and architectural documentation for internal and partner engineering teams
• Collaborate with Firmware, Product, and QA teams in an Agile environment to take features from platform bring-up to mass production

Требования

• 5+ Years of software engineering experience focused on Android development, AOSP customization, and platform-level engineering
• Advanced proficiency in Java and C/C++, with a strong background in JNI
• Deep knowledge of Android system internals, platform lifecycles, and IPC mechanisms, including Binder, AIDL, system services, and HAL interfaces
• Ability to analyze, profile, and resolve complex platform issues using Perfetto, Systrace, Logcat, Tombstones, ANR traces, and native crash dumps
• Proficiency with AOSP build environments, including Soong, Blueprint, and Makefiles, as well as operating system concepts, concurrency, and memory management
• Experience writing unit tests, integration tests, and automation harnesses to ensure product stability
• English proficiency at B2 Upper Intermediate level
