Job summary

Enfint ищет опытного инженера по Android и платформам для поддержки и архитектуры следующих поколений умных приставок. Вы будете выступать экспертом по Android, участвовать в архитектуре STB и взаимодействовать с поставщиками на бизнес-уровнях.

Требуется глубокое знание Android-ядра, патчинг драйверов и настройка тестовых сред. Предусмотрено гибридное размещение: офисы в Польше с посещениями лаборатории Варшавы.

Qualifications

• Глубокие знания Android и ядра ОС, понимание взаимодействия ядра, фреймворка OS и процессов
• Умение патчить драйверы самостоятельно
• Опыт анализа логов с ADB, logcat, журналов ядра и Linux-инструментов
• Глубокое понимание внутренностей устройства: чипы, драйверы и зависимости
• Навыки формирования технических требований и документации
• Опыт работы с вендорами в международной среде
• Уровень польского языка B2/C1
• Английский язык на уровне C1/C2 для технических обсуждений

Responsibilities

• Наставлять коллег и быть внутренним экспертом по Android и платформенным темам
• Архитектура устройств следующего поколения STB
• Оценка чипсетів, технологий и поставщиков
• Владение тестовой средой STB на уровне платформы и вывод практических выводов
• Анализ жалоб пользователей и поиск корневых причин
• Отладка Android-платформы на уровне ядра, драйверов и системного образа на TV/STB
• Создание тестовых сред и сценариев для выявления проблем до релиза
• Разработка технических требований и документации по устройствам и Android-платформе
• Сотрудничество с производителями устройств и влияние на поведение платформы в их решениях
• Участие в новых проектах разработки устройств, включая технические спецификации и go-to-market

A major Polish telecommunications operator provides home devices and Wi-Fi/TV services. The company operates routers and TV set-top boxes, has migrated to its own network infrastructure, and invests in improving the performance and reliability of customer-premises equipment.

Задачи

• Mentor colleagues and act as the team’s internal expert for Android and platform topics
• Architect next-generation set-top boxes
• Evaluate chipsets, technologies, and suppliers
• Own the STB test environment for platform-level issues and draw actionable conclusions
• Analyze user-reported issues and identify root causes, including hard-to-reproduce quality defects
• Debug the Android platform at kernel, driver, and system image level on TV/STB devices
• Build test environments and scenarios to detect problems before deployment
• Create technical requirements and documentation for devices and the Android platform
• Collaborate with device manufacturers and influence platform behavior in their solutions
• Participate in new device development projects, including technical specification, technology evaluation, and go-to-market support.

Требования

• Deep Android and kernel expertise, including understanding how the kernel, OS framework, and system processes work together
• Ability to patch a driver independently
• Experience with log analysis using ADB, logcat, kernel logs, and Linux tooling
• Deep understanding of device internals, including chipsets, drivers, and dependencies
• Experience creating technical requirements and documentation
• Experience working with vendors in an international environment
• Polish at B2/C1 level
• all client systems are in Polish
• English at C1/C2 level for technical discussions and project management
• Nice to have: WiFi testing experience or familiarity with Candela and Spirent, TR-398/TR-069 or similar standards, test automation or scripting, experience at vendors, integrators, or in telecom QA, experience with CPE/STB or similar home devices

Условия

• UoP requires 3 days per week in the office
• B2B offers a more flexible location, but periodic visits to the Warsaw lab are required
• Warsaw, Katowice, and Wrocław offices are available
• Work on an approximately 8-month new device development project
