Allegro's xLab team is hiring an Android Developer to build components for our Design System and strengthen our Android UI across platforms. You’ll design, code, test, and deploy native Android components in Kotlin, collaborating with product and design teams in a hybrid Poznań office model.

We require 2+ years of Android experience, knowledge of Jetpack Compose and XML, and a strong understanding of MVVM/MVI. English and Polish communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional native Android development (Kotlin).
• Understanding of Jetpack Compose and XML (View system).
• Knowledge of MVVM, MVI, or Clean Architecture.
• Experience collaborating with design teams and using Figma.
• Willingness to write unit/integration tests and learn new tools.
• Good communication in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy UI components for Android.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality.
