Job summary

McKinsey & Company in Wroclaw invites you to join the Consumer Operations Benchmarking Initiative (COBI) as an internship. You will support benchmarking analytics, data normalization, quality checks, and reporting to clients in the consumer and retail sectors, using Excel, Power BI, and other tools.

This 12-month program offers mentoring, hands-on experience with senior professionals, and potential for a permanent role based on performance, with a minimum 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 2nd–4th year student of economics, business, logistics, mathematics, manufacturing or engineering.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Affinity for and first experiences in leveraging AI tools for analytical work.
• Experience working with business data analysis is an asset.
• Knowledge of programming language is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing) in English.
