Job summary

AXA XL in Wrocław, Poland is seeking an Analyst – Credit Control & Premium Accounting to support and work with AXA XL teams in France and India, ensuring high-quality financial data across insurance classes. You will investigate mismatched premium and cash amounts and respond to queries from internal and external parties.

This role covers Lloyd's market processing aspects and offers a chance to grow within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

  • University degree or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in a role related to data analysis or technical accounting.
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other commonly used software.
  • Excellent data processing skills.
  • Experience of using a number of data sources and systems.
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) and French (min. B2) is a must.
  • Inquisitive mind with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Good organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent people skills; communicative and open to new challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining ongoing records of investigations through to resolution.
  • Gaining approval to make the appropriate changes (according to various rules/sums involved).
  • Creating/updating records in AXA XL systems to enable final reconciliation.
  • Investigating issues relating to Third parties which will include Lloyd bureau signing messages and Broker queries.
  • Liaising with bureau and/or brokers to arrange corrections, as applicable.
  • Liaising with underwriting reps to request/make changes to make sure accuracy of data in risk record.
  • Preparation and review/circulation of information relating to differences in signed line data.
  • Responding to queries raised by internal and external parties in a assured, timely and accurate manner.
  • Ongoing review of tasks, seeking best practice improvements and participating in projects in line with Enterprise Operations Services strategy.

Analyst, Reconciliation Management with French

Wrocław, Poland

As Analyst – Credit Control & Premium Accounting you will be providing support and working closely with the AXA XL teams based in France and India by delivering professional standard services relating to quality and accuracy of technical and financial data across a variety of insurance business classes. You will be investigating mismatched premium/cash amounts together with queries raised both Internally within AXA XL and by Third parties and gathering information to develop proposed answer.

As the tasks relate to the business placed in the London Insurance Market, you will be trained to fully understand the unique aspects of Lloyd’s and London Company Market processing.

What you’ll be DOING
