Job summary

Above And Beyond Aviation Services Inc. is seeking a systems analyst to join the team developing a web application for SOHO clients.

You will work in a multidisciplinary Scrum team that blends technology with banking and finance, ensuring stakeholders' needs are translated into robust system functionality.

The role emphasizes data flow modelling, IT architecture knowledge, and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot IT systems, with a preference for experience in financial transaction systems.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience as an IT Systems Analyst.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organise one’s own work.
• Knowledge of IT systems architecture.
• Ability to model and document data flows in IT systems.
• Ability to verify business requirements and translate them into system functionality specifications.

Experience required

General requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience as an IT Systems Analyst,
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to organise one’s own work,
• Knowledge of IT systems architecture,
• Ability to model and document data flows in IT systems,
• Ability to verify business requirements and translate them into system functionality specifications,
• Ability to analyse and troubleshoot errors in IT systems,
• Experience in financial transaction systems is desirable.

Technical requirements:

• Experience working with the following tools:
• Enterprise Architect,
• Confluence,
• JIRA.
• Knowledge of the following notations:
• BPMN,
• UML.

Nice to have:
