Job summary

SEB in Warsaw is expanding its KYC/AML Center. We seek specialists to support onboarding and periodic reviews, ensuring robust documentation analysis, ownership checks, and risk assessments.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and delivering excellent client experiences for PWM&FO clients. The ideal candidate has fluent English, welcomes change, and demonstrates strong prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in KYC/AML processes.
• Well acquainted with KYC, incl. EU regulatory frameworks in this space.
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders to ensure timely KYC/AML onboardings/reviews and overcome challenges.
• Experience navigating change and contributing to process improvement/development.
• Strong ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical foundation and an accurate, structured approach to work.
• Able to work independently with structured prioritization.
• Willing to take responsibility in a busy environment with changing priorities.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of a Scandinavian language is an advantage.

• Perform Onboarding and Periodic Reviews as assigned by the KYC Manager; tasks include analyzing/validating documentation, ownership analysis, screening, risk assessments, client analysis for approval committees, updating data, archiving documentation, and trigger-based reviews.
• Be the expert in KYC/AML and other regulatory needs for onboardings/reviews and perform related tasks as required.
• Collaborate with others to establish new KYC processes.
• Contribute to delivering an exceptional client experience for PWM&FO clients.

Job description

SEB is looking for new KYC/AML Specialists to join the KYC/AML Center in Warsaw. The KYC/AML Center supports the continued development of KYC processes within PWM&FO business units across the Nordics and Luxembourg. The KYC/AML Center is looking for new staff members to support our KYC onboarding and review processes.

Responsibilities

• You will be cooperating with cross site teams and stakeholders, creating a seamless onboarding/review journey for our clients.
• You will perform Onboarding and Periodic Reviews as assigned by the KYC Manager. Your tasks will include analyzing and validating documentation, analyzing ownership, performing screening, writing risk assessments, preparing client analysis for approval committees, updating static data, archiving documentation and performing trigger-based reviews.
• You will be the expert in KYC/AML and other regulatory needs for onboardings/reviews and perform related tasks, when required.
• You will collaborate with others in the establishment of new KYC processes.
• You will contribute to delivering an exceptional client experience for new and existing PWM&FO clients.

Requirements

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in KYC/AML processes.
• You are well acquainted with KYC including the EU regulatory frameworks within this space.
• You are comfortable engaging directly and regularly with stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of KYC/AML onboardings/reviews and to overcome challenges.
• You have experience navigating change and contributing to process improvement/development.
• You have a strong ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.
• You have an analytical foundation and an accurate and structured approach to your work.
• You can work independently, have a strong capability of prioritizing your work in a structured manner.
• You like taking responsibility and are comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities and objectives can change quickly.
• You are fluent in English. Knowledge of a Scandinavian language is an advantage.
