Job summary

SEB group in Warsaw is seeking KYC/AML Specialists to join the Center in Warsaw, supporting onboarding and review processes across PWM&FO business units. You will collaborate with cross-site teams, perform onboarding and periodic reviews, analyze documents, assess ownership, conduct screenings, and prepare analyses for approval committees.

The role requires at least 2 years' experience, strong English, and knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of professional KYC/AML experience.
Familiar with EU regulatory frameworks in this space.
Able to engage with stakeholders to ensure timely onboarding/reviews.
Experience driving process improvements.
Strong analytical and structured work approach.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Cooperate with cross-site teams and stakeholders, creating a seamless onboarding/review journey for clients.
Perform onboarding and periodic reviews as assigned by the KYC Manager; analyze documentation, ownership, screening, and write risk assessments.
Prepare client analyses for approval committees and update static data; archive documentation and trigger-based reviews.
Be the KYC/AML expert for onboardings/reviews and related regulatory tasks.
Collaborate on establishing new KYC processes and enhance client experience for PWM&FO clients.
