Concentrix is seeking an Amazon Digital Content Specialist to drive listings, content localization, and asset deployment across EMEA, supporting brands like Osprey, OXO, and Braun. You will manage PDPs, A+ content, product launches, and brand store updates while ensuring brand compliance and performance optimization.

The role requires 1–3 years in ecommerce content, strong Amazon experience, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in eCommerce, Digital Content, Marketplace Content, Content Operations, or Digital Marketing
• Hands-on experience managing Amazon product listings and content
• Experience with Amazon Vendor Central/Amazon Seller Central
• Strong understanding of Amazon PDPs, A+ Content, variations, and catalogue management
• Experience updating content across marketplaces or retailer platforms
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Excellent English communication skills (C1)

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain product listings across Amazon EMEA marketplaces and other platforms as needed.
• Upload and manage product detail page content, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, videos, and A+ Content.
• Support Amazon Brand Store updates and content enhancements.
• Ensure content meets Amazon best practices and brand guidelines.
• Execute product launches, catalogue updates, and content refreshes.
• Conduct regular content audits to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Monitor listing health and resolve content-related issues.
• Improve PDPs to enhance discoverability, engagement, and conversion.
• Use marketplace insights and performance data to recommend improvements.
• Coordinate content localization across multiple EMEA markets.
• Adapt and maintain content for regional marketplace requirements.
• Review translations for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deploy content updates across brands and countries.
• Manage product images and digital assets from approved repositories.
• Support visual asset localization using tools like Figma.
• Organize content libraries and project documentation.
• Ensure all assets meet retailer/platform specifications.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Brand, Creative, and eCommerce teams.
• Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and marketplace initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage Amazon Product Content

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Content, Marketplace Content, Content Operations, or Digital Marketing
