Job summary

Bayer is seeking an Amazon Content & Catalogue Manager to lead content, catalogue and digital shelf excellence across four European markets: UK, DE, IT and ES. You will own creation, optimisation and governance of product content, ensuring catalogue health, SEO performance and a best-in-class shopper experience.

The role requires hands-on experience with Vendor Central, listing optimisation, A+ Content and Brand Stores, plus strong keyword research and cross-market collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Amazon eCommerce.
• A solid understanding of Amazon listing policies and catalogue structures.
• Experience with Vendor Central and content governance.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot catalogue/content issues across markets.
• Experience using keyword/marketplace tools like Helium 10 and Pacvue.

Responsibilities

• Own catalogue health across UK, DE, IT and ES Amazon accounts.
• Monitor listings, suppressions, errors and content compliance alerts.
• Manage new product launches, ASIN creation and content uploads.
• Maintain product information and taxonomy across markets.
• Collaborate with Amazon support to resolve issues.
• Create and optimise Amazon PDPs and carry out SEO strategies.
• Develop keyword strategies for new launches and existing products.
• Monitor indexing, ranking and search trends.
• Ensure digital shelf quality, imagery and assets are up to date.
• Coordinate content approvals with regulatory, medical and legal teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to support retail media and digital shelf initiatives.
• Track KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
