Job summary

TwentyCi Ltd is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to provide technical engineering support to the component repair workshop, focusing on damage assessment and preparing OEM repair scheme requests.

Working with Production, you will ensure damage is accurately identified, measured, photographed, and documented before submission to OEMs, acting as the technical focal point for OEM communication and guiding repair schemes through to implementation while complying with EASA Part-145 requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft structures and repair principles.
• Ability to read CMMs, SRMs, drawings and OEM repair docs.
• Proficient English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assess damage and determine OEM repair schemes or dispositions.
• Prepare damage assessment reports for OEM submission.
• Coordinate with production and OEM to minimize delays.
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of reports.
• Provide technical support during implementation of repair schemes.
• Maintain status of OEM technical cases and report in production meetings.
