Job summary

Sii Poland, part of a major aerospace supplier, invites you to join its Engineering Competence Center in Mielec. You will engage in electrical and mechanical assembly work for one of Poland’s largest aircraft manufacturers, involving civilian and military aircraft and helicopters.

The daily tasks focus on preparation, assembly, joining methods, sealants, quality documentation, and precise measurement, all performed on-site in Mielec.

Qualifications

• Vocational education in mechanics or similar field.
• Experience in mechanics, assembly, or locksmithing is welcome.
• Ability to read technical drawings and documentation is required.
• Good manual dexterity and precision are essential.
• Independent, quality-oriented, and capable of timely task completion.
• Responsible, professional approach to duties and good self-organization.
• Committed, dynamic, and resourceful in action.
• Polish language knowledge and residence in Poland required.

Responsibilities

• Perform work in accordance with regulations and standards.
• Prepare and assemble structures, parts, and components including drilling.
• Use joining techniques such as riveting, screwing, or gluing.
• Assemble universal rivets, Hi-Lite, Hi-Lok, and breakaway rivets.
• Process and apply sealants following guidelines.
• Follow quality standards and document them.
• Operate and correctly use measuring instruments.
