Job summary

MegaGroup Trade Holding is seeking a Working Student AI to explore and develop AI opportunities across our European operations, including the Netherlands and Poland. You will learn how processes, data, automation and generative AI can create practical value in business contexts.

You will collaborate with colleagues from multiple departments to map processes, identify data needs and build small, testable AI prototypes while focusing on responsible AI use and real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s in AI, Data Science, CS, Econometrics, or related field.
• Knowledge of AI and ML fundamentals; interest in generative AI, LLMs and practical AI applications.
• Experience with Python and data tools (pandas, SQL, notebooks, visualization) is a plus.
• Able to structure business questions, test assumptions and assess AI solutions in practice.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or Polish skills are a bonus depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Support exploration and development of AI opportunities across Europe.
• Map business processes and identify data needs with guidance from teammates.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues across departments and countries.
• Translate processes into data-driven AI use cases, proofs-of-concept and prototypes.
• Learn responsible AI practices including data privacy, bias and explainability.
