project44, a leader in AI-driven supply chain solutions, seeks a Prompt Engineer to design, govern, and scale AI agent workflows for the AIA Operations organisation. You will work with Product, Engineering, AI, and Operations teams to improve performance and consistency across regions.

The role emphasizes deep domain expertise, disciplined experimentation, and collaboration, with on-site office commitment four days a week in Kraków.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years in transportation operations, logistics technology, carrier management, or network operations.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow-based technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with data, dashboards, and structured observation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI agent workflows for carrier monitoring, performance, and escalation.
• Create customer-specific AI agent workflows for lanes, accounts, and requirements.
• Write, test, and optimise prompts for large language models and track prompt versions.
