Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking an AI Vendor Relationship Manager to manage the day-to-day relationship with strategic AI vendors and translate vendor developments into practical implications for product strategy, activation, governance, and delivery. The ideal candidate has experience as a Technology Project Manager, Vendor Manager, or transformation PM who can simplify complexity for product and tech teams.

Qualifications

Experience in technology project mgmt, vendor mgmt, or transformation PM.
Strong ability to translate between product, tech, and business stakeholders.
Comfort handling AI vendor governance and risk reviews.

Responsibilities

Coordinate full AI vendor lifecycle from evaluation to retirement.
Create operating rhythm for strategic AI vendor relationships.
Collaborate with product strategy to align AI vendor capabilities with priorities.
Translate vendor/Product changes into practical user communications and training.
Prepare concise leadership updates on risks, dependencies and actions.
