Job summary

SIX Group Services Ltd. in Warsaw, with occasional Madrid and remote work up to 40%, is building a new team to shape how AI-driven software engineering works across the company. You will design guardrails, automation, and review layers to ensure safety, quality, and traceability as AI agents write and ship code.

We seek an engineer with deep test automation expertise and hands-on experience in agentic AI architectures, capable of delivering scalable, trusted tooling across engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering with hands-on test automation experience.
• Experience building tooling or developer infrastructure adopted by other teams.
• Familiarity with agentic AI architectures and governance.

Responsibilities

• build test automation as a platform capability, not a project.
• build and operate the AI agent harness with traceable changes and provenance.
• own the independent review layer for AI-generated code and tests in CI/CD gates.
• define and evolve the test strategy for an AI-driven SDLC.
• treat test automation and guardrails as a product, focusing on adoption and trust.
